THREAD Expands Patient Voice Insight Capabilities with Generative AI Technology Via Amazon Bedrock

THREAD integrates Anthropic’s Claude large language models (LLMs) via Amazon Bedrock to enhance patient feedback analysis, delivering comprehensive patient voice data summaries through automated presentations

CARY, N.C., 19 MAR 2025 – THREAD, a leading decentralized research and electronic clinical outcome assessment (eCOA) provider, announced an integration between Amazon Bedrock and its Patient Listening solution called inVibe. This integration increases the quality of automated data insights which are already gathered in the platform and empowers clients to interact with artificial intelligence (AI)-generated video presentation tools. These presentations are created automatically within minutes, providing an engaging medium to easily understand patient perspectives on clinical research studies.

THREAD's patient listening solution engages directly with patients and sites, acquires their consent, and captures their actual voice responses. Through Amazon Bedrock, a HIPAA-eligible service that provides access to a wide selection of high-performing foundation models and responsible AI capabilities, THREAD harnesses the advanced capabilities of Anthropic’s Claude to create expanded, actionable insights for THREAD’s clients. Claude helps deepen the analysis of patient voice data, allowing for better understanding across larger datasets with faster processing time, while maintaining high standards for privacy and security.

Generative AI plays an essential role in interpreting patients’ voices for THREAD's clients by:
